Topics Relevant To Corporate America
Steven Garofalo is the Founder and President of an S-Corporation by the name of Search & Assessment Services, Inc. (SAS Inc.), established in February of 2002. The core mission of SAS Inc. is to provide world class long-term added value consulting services to people minded corporations. Services includes: Business Development, Project Management, Operations, Retained Executive Search and job fit assessment consulting.
In addition, Steven offers a number of apologetics-based cultural training programs to corporations. Those programs include but are not limited to: Business Ethics and World View training. Many organizations are finding out that there is a growing diversity of workers entering the corporate marketplace in the 21st Century. Corporate America is rapidly changing, with a diverse population of Asian, Indian European, African and Atheist and other people from various cultures across the globe.
This means that today's corporations and corporate managers have to deal with people from differing "world views", meaning different religious, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. For many cultures all three blend together. Today's work place is moving forward, trying to accomplish a common goal through people of differing world views; through a body of individual people who see "how" to get things done very differently. This can create tension, misunderstanding, and negatively affect corporate productivity.
The National Apologetics Training Center trains corporations regarding different world views. The goal is to show how people from different backgrounds see the world, what problems might arise from these differences, and how we might best go about solving those problems through understanding different world views.
NATC also offers different levels of "Business Ethics" training seminars. Seminars are molded to meet the individual needs of different corporations/corporate needs. Corporate America has had its share of ethical violations and the question of business ethics is a subject that is sorely misunderstood. The goal of NATC is to help equip Management and Employees to better understand the general foundations of business ethics and how to apply them in the market place.
